When you play Nexomon you will understand what I wrote above + you will see the difference. Why? easy answer: it is a true Monster game because every Mons feels unique. But i still recommend you to play Coromon first before Extinction. PD: Sorry to hear that about Nexomon 1 not being translated into your language. The important thing (like in Pokemon and Coromon) is to have a mixed team with different types so you can easily win every battle Nexomon is a casual experience where is not important the team you make. In Coromon every Mon feels unique (have 3 or 4 different traits, which can be useful depending of your playstyle and Mons team) but the story is linear, with a few side quests here and there. Nexomon games are just straightforward games with zero tactic (well you can increase their attack, defense etc with some "cores" but thats it, really basic). In the first Nexomon i had a lot of favoirites because of the art style). Nexomon Extinction has a better story and side quests but most of the Mons are awful looking (i only liked a few.
When i said Nexomon 1 is better, is not for its story but it is better in Monster designs. Then you compare it to a third Mons that has 121.
As example "this" Nexomon has 120 attack while "the other one" has 122. In Nexomon there is almost no difference between Mons. And these to say the Mons have equal statistics?
